barrel - Factory inscribed "Reformatory, D.C." with
blue finish and recessed medallion checkered walnut grips. This
Police Positive was one of six in a shipment to Metropolitan
Police Department, Washington, DC on October 15, 1923.
Letter confirms factory inscription "Reformatory, D.C." on the backstrap.
